Thus to lastly stress and conclude, the recorded history of Haiti have yet to show a single time where the country have ever start any developments, infrastructural construction progress on its own without having it being the work of either Earlier Colonization of France or Later Occupying Foreign Forces of the US and teh work or Foreign Ethnic groups

Haiti will not achieve self-sufficiency if they have not yet realized their flaws, weaknesses of mediocracy and illiterate politicians as well if HAITI, its people and government yet have nothing to prove or show for their Independency to indicate they are capable to sustain their own economy and political problems without the intervention of foreign dependency.
