I honestly think that it would be a slap in the face, if Duvalier were to come back to Haiti.

The guy is a thief! He stole most of Haiti's riches.

Now, that he probably is running out of money; he wants to go back to Haiti to steal more...that's insane.

Duvalier needs to stay far and far away from Haiti.

Haiti needs positive ideas and positive people.

Duvalier has nothing to offer Haiti.

Therefore, he is useless to the country.
