departments of haiti

Hello mr president.

We need to make the departments in our country smaller.

We have 9 now.

we need to have at least 20. Just like ther D.R, Cuba and puerto rico.

That way they can be better managed them .Each having its own capital.

We should give them beautiful Indian or spanish names .Haiti holds the title for having the ugliest names.

example change oumaninthe to guanamiento .port de paix to valparaiso.

.fort liberte to bayaba.

cap haitien to Guarico .The original beautiful Indian names and others .Thanks
