Lindo there is a level of pragmatism in response.

As you know the situation in HAITI is paradoxical so you may expect that in the process of analysing the situation on the ground one might falter.Your first statement was accurate and agreed with you.But to put the blame solly on the government while the funds that are available to Haiti from the international community are not given to the ghovernment as one may think.The NGOs get the most of it.

On the matter of repentance, one need not be religious tp persue repentance.

If you have seen my previous posts, you will admit that I am not religious at all.
You said you are catholic, yet have no allegience to any religion.Isn't catholicism a branch of a religion?

I would really like for you to address the analysis that I sent you earlier about the factor of time and development for change.

I do apreciate your passion about change for Haiti
