Let me get this straight.

You are going to run for Office in Haiti or should I say, you have political ambition for Haiti?

I am not going to laugh because I suppose all is possible and most change came from dreams and audacity of hope in the words of Obama.

You have to understand that Haiti's problem is not going to be fix by just one presidential term in Office.

It would take several Presidents to take each of their Presidential term to focus and target only one problem at a time. Perhaps to take one year for each particular problems.

For example: Take a whole year in your presidential term to combat a specific Social problem such as diplomatic relations and reconciliation with neighboring other Latin American Countries and focus on gaining back Haiti's rightful place as one Latin Country again that she is, meanwhile construction for a new developed city in Haiti is a must to help shift the congestion of overpopulation.

By trying to build a new city, new jobs are created, new possibilities to build new simple small electrical plants for the newly city and place toll system at each point of entering and exiting this new city and turn this city into a touristic like resort city catering to tourists to help balance the local revenue and economy of this new city to help hire police, clean up workers and such to maintain that city and last but not least this new city would be run by a Governor a Mayor like state run estate.

Gradually with this sort of chain reaction in building new cities more Haitians would start leaving those main crowded cities to go to those new cities where there are jobs and a more modern quality way of life thus would give space, time and opportunity to start a major clean up mission and effort for those other already overpopulated cities such as Port au Prince to start rebuilding thus would once again generate work.

In those new cities, residents would be given a Social like number that would determine that they are from those cities and anyone without a valid number to indicate you are from those new cities would not be staying longer than their asked or stated days to ever reside permanently in those cities and in other to reside in those cities you would have to go through the process of getting that provided number issued to you. As a safety emission matter, old cars and busted tap taps and taxis would not be allowed into those new cities that public shuttles, buses and those cities taxis would come to pick people up at those tall and gated points into the new cities.
