CHANGE: Where does it really begins for Haiti?

WE ARE SAYING CHANGE HAITI, CHANGE:
But where does it really begins for Haiti?

By Wilgeens Rosenberg

Change is to add to, to make different in some way the current aspects of a certain situation or tradition by severely cramping or campaigning for any encouragement to turn around the outcome or aim for a certain satisfying result of a given present circumstance.

So change is random change and naturally lacking any direct determinism or teleology.

Change can either be instant, gradual or both given its process of modification and drastic complexity.

However, change requires participation and adaptation of organization and proper planing given the mindsets, beliefs and most of all dramatic action.

Change means doing something different; something totally different.

Change has two impulses, one of which comes from the external environment.

They are things that happen over which we have no control.

The other impulses are those changes we choose internally, aimed at keeping the organization or the self in tune with the present and sensitive to possible future events.

Thus in Haiti's case most of us should ask. Change, where does it really begins?

Or do we keep raising expectations for change that are external before the internal and do we know the differences between any of the two's to know which one is require of us?

Change beings for Haiti when as Haitians and individuals we set values to want to make a difference and willing to morally fight, support or back those values which lies primarily on the Haitian people, their Government in conjunction with the ROLES OF THE DIASPORAS, THE PROMOTION FOR TRANSPARENCY, INCREASE OF ROLE MODELS AND INFLUENTIAL IMPACT OF THE RESOURCEFUL MEDIUM OF THE HAITIAN MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY.

The performance of our Government and other major federal institutions depend upon the way as individual Haitians we handle the two sets of of incentives toward and to forward movements by self ingenuity and innovation through patience and disciplines for a greater outcome end result beyond ourselves and out time which is why history is one of the tool often used to document, convey and direct change.

To ask or invoke change for Haiti we must know originally the purpose and reason for such change.

Thus means, we all must actually start with what is facing us in each of our own mirrors and truly deeply ask of ourselves this change and understand comprehensibly each and our own obligation to Haiti, our children and the future as follow:

ROLES OF THE DIASPORAS:

The Haitian Diasporas living abroad nor the Haitian government and the rich elites of Haiti of course have not been pro-active in tackling the problems of Haiti.

The Elites of Haiti, the Diasporas and the many Haitian Musicians and with a greater coordination with the Haitian Government can make better effort to work together to tackle Haiti's issues and fix the problems whether it is economically, socially and politically.

PROMOTION OF TRANSPARENCY:

There needs to be more promotion for this dialogue in the Haitian media abroad and in Haiti.

The President from now on needs to engage in more Public Relation talk and radio addresses to the mass population to keep calmness and he needs to send out more direct constant Communiques to Haitians living abroad.

THE PRESIDENT OR HIS STAFF NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB MONITORING THIS BLOG to listen to the criticisms, analysis and concerns as well as the new ideas, suggestions and recommendations that many great Haitians on here have. The Haitian Government can do a better job using the Internet media to spread their goals, intentions and weekly improvement updates of what is taking place in the Country more often.

That will generate from the Haitian people a better and greater sense of general popular support and confidence.

LACK OF ROLE MODELS:

It appears that, many Haitians without any sense of true realization or that maybe they do realize but denying that the respect for the Country itself is losing ground in the face of the world which taps right into the confidence of the young Haitian generations to come. Beside Wyclef Jean, these Haitian youths whom are being raised and grow up not having any exemplary political or other figures as role models in their communities or societies whether in Haiti or abroad to amass inspiration from. All they get are the issues and crisis from governments, politicians and elite Haitians who do not give a "Diddilli Squat" about the Nation.

These youngsters are growing up without any proper education about Haiti and without any sense of true love and civic duty for the country.

Which is why the re-institution, modern and improve HAITIAN ARMED FORCES is a major must for Haiti so that those kids could start taking part in the reconstruction and development of the country.

Without any role model aspirations, those kids will, too, grow up not caring about the nation and will always see their pockets before the need of the Country like those current ungrateful politicians in Haiti now.

THE IMPACT INFLUENCE OF FANS & MUSICIANS ON HAITI:

The jobless, hungry and malnourished population in Haiti is growing at such a fast pace that the absolute number in crime, social and political corruption as well s economical instability are still increasing unashamedly.

The estimated number of people who are hungry and malnourished and will die this very day today in Haiti is around 30 thousand.

Alarming enough, one quarter of them are children below 5 years of age. Unsurprisingly, fans and artists in all the domains of arts are growing so rapidly that the issues of the country have never imposed any threats to the growth of the Haitian Entertainment Industry.

Yet the Haitian Entertainment Industry in Haiti or abroad have not used that field or medium to reach out and make differences like it used to be given how powerful all of us in the world know this forum can be. Who among us actually remember those great songs by many great talented artists that used to motivate, inspire and stand for something in the causes in struggles of Haiti?

Yet again today, another Haitian somewhere around the world whom have been gone for years woke up this morning and has not made any contemplated attempt and future plan to return back home in Haiti with a degree and a sense of contribution to give back to Haiti.

Meanwhile from that same somewhere else around the globe later this weekend, many Haitians; fans and pleasure thrill seekers will be going to a $30 Ball or event of some kind that thus a Haitian musician, artist, promoter or manager whom have not contribute any of that earning to any Haiti's causes will make plenty money.

For example: $30 times 500 people equals to about 15,000 USD then converted into Haitian currency equals to about 574,000 HTG. That would be some kind of relief, I think...

Much less to even wonder or ponder if they even have the decency to start arousing awareness to the world of Haitian youths through their music and influence they have on the mass who listen to them daily and religiously.

What have they given back to Haiti?.

IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITY:

Now imagine if there are many Haitian Balls and perhaps many more other certain Haitian paid events that night this weekend and which there will be somewhere like in New York, Boston, Florida and yes even in Haiti I am sure...

So tell me, where does the start for a or any possible change actually do begins for Haiti again might we we asking?

Imagine if for even one year that such musicians would dedicate one night out of that year by donating all that earning for that night to Haiti by opening up a Musician For Haiti Fund bank account, can you see how drastically it would make a positive impact on the economy of Haiti.

So, is there a chance of possibility for Haiti or are there actually just too many?
