Thanks for your reply. You are right about who should be blame. But you and have a biiiiiiiiiiig disagreement as it relates to the NGOs.
You said:IS IS UNICEF TO ADVANCE THE EDUCTION OF HAIITIAN CHILDREN OR IS IT THE GOVERNMENT OF HAITI.
IS IT THE NGO'S AND OTHER CHARITY ORGANIZATION TO PLANT TREES PROVIDE HEALTH CARE CLINICS, HOSPITALS, SMALL BUSINESS LOANS, AND GENERAL RELIEF TO THE POOR OR IS IT THE GOVERNMENT OF HAITI.
WHY ARE ALL THOSE PEOPLE GETTING PAID FOR?
THEY CANNOT PROVIDE SECURITY, WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS FOR THE PEOPLE.
ALEXIS IS SUPPOSE TO HELP THE PRESIDENT NOT BE THE ESCAPED GOAT TO TAKE ALL THE BLAME.
I say: The NGOs may recieve even more money than the government to do exactly what you said the government should be doing.
This means that both the government and the NGOS that are getting vast amount of money are not doing anything substantial to help the poor.
Haiti has every single NGOs you can think about represented in it and this, in the name of poverty.Time to time again you find them raising countless amount for change in Haiti, yet Haiti remain one place if not regressing.
Are you saying that the government can protect the people more than the UN can?
I thought they were there for that because Haiti had difficulty doing it by itself!this was the rational for the occupation.
So you cannot say at this point of the history of haiti that all the responsibility is on the government.
You will need to think in a brother context to accept what I am saying here. Haiti is no longer rulled only by its government, think again.
hey I share my music with you:
