I guess this is it: " Haiti and the New World Order "that Alex Dupuy talked about in his textbook.

I don't look forward to it although I cannot prevent it. After 206 years of isolating and mistreating the Haitian people, I would assume annexing Haiti does not sound such a bad thing for some of us! God dam it! If only Toussaint coul be resurrected!
