Hi Linda,

I truly understand what you mean regarding the whole prospect; be aware that leadership remains a gift. You might see several leadership academic schools all across the United States and other countries around the world.

The truth is: no one can really teach others how to become leaders.

The same way some people have a gift to paint, play soccer, sing, play musical instruments, speak well, fight well etc. It's the same for leadership.

Bachelor, master or doctorate degree has zip to do with leadership.

Do you think Henry Christophe had a high school diploma or bachelor degree?

The answer is no. He showed his leadership by leaving us the number eighth wonder in the world (Our Citadelle).

Dessalines, Toussaint and many great leaders did not go far intellectually; however they remain our greatest leaders of all the times,

Leadership is also genetic; the ancients know it well. Kingship went from generation to generation expecting the king's son to be the next king after his death.

Gerald Ford is remembered as a great leader after not attending high school.

How could he invent the ford motor?

four cylinders, six cylinders, eight cylinders, he did it all by using some great scholars.

He forced them to look for answers, encourage them to make it happen.

He refused to take negative answers and believe strongly in a better way. The scholars did not believe their accomplishment after all.

Do you think Bill Gate have a bachelor degree?

I don't think so Linda, he managed to invent Microsoft using tenacity and leadership.

Ray Crock, founder of McDonald did not have a bachelor degree.

Sam Walton, founder of Walmart was no scholar.

I would give you thousands examples where great leaders did not graduate high school.

One of our greatest presidents, Antoine Simon did not pass middle school; he was a great leader; He brought electricity to Haiti and required every home to light up at night time. He believe in constructions and public works, the actual solution for Haiti right now. Linda, I would love you to remember one thing in your lifetime: LEADERSHIP IS A GIFT FROM GOD. NO ONE LEARNS IT FROM ACADEMIC LEVEL.
