why have'nt you taken Dominican Rep as example ?In Dominican Rep. we receive about 15000000 tourist per year. In Haiti, too much farvelas (bidon-ville), no infraestructure, nos peace, it's the first step: be in peace, infraestructure, a program of house construction, the presence of authority every where in every domaine, you will see, Haiti would be more beautifull than any country in the region.
