Most countries in the world; DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, SUDAN, PHILLIPINES, ISRAEL, EGYPTE to name a few have double nationalities.

Haiti is missing all the fees associated with D. N. We are always in the backof the camionette.

GLOBALIZATION is in vogue.

Why should I continue to send money in Haiti,?

because you considered me as an etranger.

I can tell you until I get the D.N. I will not set foot in Haiti.

You people continue to carry the same corrupted politics.
