I would say kingship since there is a better sense of more autonomy in it and it is a darn romantic idea and we once were in that era in Haiti such as emperorship as well and it worked gratefully well. However because of the level of curruption in Haiti Dictatorship, but a progressive one would do fine as well. Hell, let us have both like England lol...
