Just a question President Preval.

When will you approve the rice program that we have given to you?

It will help take care of Haiti's food problem and help the farms buy equipment and other farm needs.

You do not need a new Prime Minister to do this. You are the Man, you are the President!!! Please help us help to people of Haiti.
