This guy is a murderer.

He has helped Preval kill political opponents during the first term.

Pastor Leroy of MDN was kidnapped by the National Palace thugs, taken to an unknown destination and killed.

While he was driven to where he was going to be executed, witnesses testified Robert Manuel's voice was on the talkie-walkie radio, giving orders.

Jean Lamy, a former officer of the Haitian Army, close ally of President Jean Bertrand Aristide, will also be executed at Lalue under Robert Manuel orders.

He was appointed to take over the office of Public Security.

Robert Manuel had to leave the job because of conflict with Aristide.

On October 8, 1999 he met with Jean Lamy to discuss matters regarding the job. In the evening, Jean Lamy was called again for another meeting.

On his way to that second non scheduled meeting, he will be stopped by someone he probably knows and shot to death.

The following day Robert Manuel left the country.

Mission accomplished.

He would be back in 2006, to help Preval with the elections.

He has not resided
in Haiti for the past five years.

Senators and Deputies are ready to discuss those deaths with him.

It is probable that an investigation will be launched in the following days.

Jean Lamy's family hope this time that Justice will be served.
