Haiti is divided.

I just came from Haiti.

The main reasons why security is not just the responsibility of any government---To establish Security---The gorverment must have the participation of the People---Any government without the participation of the people will not be Secured.

Prime example: We have the best trained special investigation units in Iraq---Do we have Security in Iraq?---Haiti is just like Iraq.
Until-EVERY-Haitians and Haitian Americans are willing to answer this simple question honestly and truthfully---What You and I need to do to solve Haiti problems?
