IS THIS THE STRATEGY BEING USED IN HAITI.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE PREVAL LAVALAS TURN L'ESPOW GOVERNMENT.

Perpetuate the Insecurity situation to maintain a foreign army in a fiercely independent nation.

What is there to gain?

Does Haiti have the petroleum the foreigners need. Is this the only way the Preval can remain in power in Haiti.
