haiti development

why have we not heard anything about development in Haiti?

There must be something good going on the country, what about the construction of roads across the4 country.

Port-au-prince Mirbale for example.

Why havnt we heard anything about it.

we hear about kidnaping, we hear about anything bad in the country.

Never about the least positive that we have done.

I want hear what is hapening in the country on the issue of development.

Please help me tell me something.
