I would like SECURITY to be established in Haiti

Dear Mr. President,

I am a newly retired citizen of Haiti living abroad for many years.

I think I have a lot to offer to my country but because of the insecurity I am not able to go back there.

I and a lot of others in the same situation are sadden by this fact. There are ways to solve this problem, even if you have to execute some career criminals to set an example ...

(I know there is no death penalty in Haiti, but there can always be an exception to bring the country back to normal so it can prosper...)

What would you tell me about the above facts...
