Those senators and Deputies also would not want a former chief police who would bring the kidnapping surge to its knees or even make a dent in it because those very same senators and deputies are the ones sponsoring, supporting those crimes in the Country because an unstable Haiti benefit their pocekt more than a safe Haiti.

This Double nationality issue has never been an issue in Haiti since many past Presidents and people who had serve in Haitian office who were indeed good for the Country most likely who could have not even been Haitians or "their Grand parents could have not even been Haitians never were truly barn from office.

This is all the senates ploy to not allow the Diaspora to start pouring in into the Country and serve in Haiti's politics because then those senators and deputies jobs would have been in jeopardy which they do not want to risk because their jobs is what the money making machine is for their pockets and they fear those Diaspora would have indeed have greater education and would have been way less corrupted than them that those deputies and senators would have been kept out of the loop of the money making machine of Haiti's exploitation.

One thing we all know for sure is that there is a power struggle in Haiti which has long been getting out of Hand with Senators and Deputies trying to emulate and imitate other successful nations like the US which Haiti is yet to be at such level of politics.

Haiti considerably is primitive in politic and are not worthy of such complex divisive friction and tension between legislative & Executive branch power struggle and you can bet your a$$ that foreign dictating, influence and manipulation has most to do with what is going on in Haiti for already Haiti has long not been the same Sovereign independent Haiti which is under or have been in under an occupation and modern day colonization.

Haiti is an occupied territory by multi-foreign influence who do not want to make it official so that they do not have to live up to the responsibility of having to fix it themselves or to get or make it so obvious that they have been the ones keeping Haiti from progressing base on all kinds of accountable resentments and revenge yes indeed you could possibly think of that there is in store for this one Black Nation.
