Why can't Preval make Haiti work?

None can argue that Preval and his government have made a ral change in Haiti.

Almost 3 years after being in office, Haiti has not changed.

Kidnappigs are a daily occurence, there is no job creation and living conditions have not improved.

So even Preval's goal of making the country secure has failed.

Do you realise that Haiti has not hav a Prime Minister in 2 months! Some say that the President wants to eliminate the Parliament all togheter in order to rule by himself and stay in power for a third term!!! Now I dont fully agree with that but I think that Preval is not doing what is best for Haiti.

By surrounding himself with the greedy and immoral "copnseillers" or advisers, he has made many mistakes in the past couple of years.

Preval has been mislead on many issues from the economy to healthcare to agriculture.

The country needs jobs, so it needs investments, so it needs ther political will to let investors, local or foreign, be comfortable in Haiti.
