Dear Maria, this President will never put a standing army in Haiti because that would mean that Haiti is independent from foreign control.

In all the years that Preval has been there, as he ever attempted, even once, to do anything that would lead to Haiti being independent from foreign dependence?

Preval is a front; what we Haitians need to be finding out is, who is he fronting for?

There really are no qualified reporters left in Haiti; if there were, they would have already found out who is pulling Preval's strings.
