Very clever I must say and indeed very important and valid points you have made. However, there are many other different projects that citizens and civilians can undertake that do not require the approval stamp of a Government.

Such as, many projects that are on a scale of social improvements or that are indeed charitable and are from non-profit organizations and the surrogate management of Haitian citizens or even perhaps the diaspora who feel they have a civic duty to Haiti.

Otherwise, you would not have had so many missionaries in Haiti or that it would have been way too difficult for them to ever accomplish the many tasks that they have in many regions of Haiti.

There are certain investments Haitians abroad can initiate that will not necessarily be needing the affiliation or interference of the Haitian Government depending on the magnitude of your mission and to whom does it interests are catering to.

Anyway, I have been meaning to invite many of you on this site called DominicanToday.com where Haitians are engaging, defending and standing up for Haiti against many negative stances of most Dominicans on that site. Please do check it out.
